「This place will definitely be my first choice if I go back to Toronto. Very central and walking distance to Rogers Centre, CN Tower, Enercare Centre and Toronto Stadium. Excellent front lake view, everything is stocked in the kitchen and washroom, an in-suite laundry room, clean space and it is located in the center of everything we walked everywhere. I loved every minute of our stay at this property, we will recommend this place to our family and friends if they plan to visit Toronto.」

「When we arrived we learned there was no elevator. Staff helped us with our luggage up three floors. The air conditioning was not working and the room was 26 degrees. The AC never worked. There was also no hot water so we had to shower in cold water. We checked out the next morning and had to reschedule our whole weekend」

「This is not a HOTEL. This is an apartment that is being rented out as a "hotel room". When I arrived to the location, a police officer was outside and he said that it was not a hotel but a resident building. To not go into the building since it could not be safe. I spoke to the information sent by Hotels.com and the number they use was on WhatsApp. I even went to the original location given which was in a really bad neighborhood with only bodegas, cigar stores and other simple stores.
