We usually visit Toronto at least once a year to see family and this was our least favourite hotel. The location is fantastic and we were able to walk to different attractions and to union station easily. The individual checking us out was great and very pleasant but checking in felt rushed and when we went to our room, my daughter said she didn't understand anything he said because he spoke so quickly. The closet doors were locked as were the cupboards for the fridge and bar area. I could clearly hear the fridge but it was behind a locked cupboard. We jusy hung our clothes on the chairs since we couldn't access the closet. We are assuming the ice bucket would have been in there as well. It is very outdated. The last morning we were there I looked at the vent in the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting....full of dust and dirt. We were only there for two nights and that is the longest I would ever stay at this hotel if we were ever to choose it again.
