The staff were. Rey friendly and supportive when I was traveling with my children. The areas. Dry much acceptable to the touristic areas but it safe. The rooms was clean and beds were comfortable. The best part was the breakfast with plenty of choice and good staff service. We had a great stay.

The hotel looked really nice and clean. We loved the decorations and the welcome upon our arrival, as well as overall cleanliness of the space. However, the service for breakfast wasn't great. First, the line-ups to get in for breakfast were too long, they should have another way for this. The hours for breakfast are too early for the weekend, and they are very strict about the times, and they start removing food even before 10:30. They turn the lights off at 11 to force people to leave and you have no access to the restaurant anymore, even for coffee. We were three people and had booked two rooms and they wouldn't allow one person to reserve a table of 4, because she came in alone, even though there was a lot of space. As for the rooms, they are clean, but we didn't like the accumulation of water in the shower, the air was super dry in the room, and I didn't find the pillows/bed comfortable enough for the star rating. Overall, it was a nice clean hotel, but in North American standards, they need to adjust the service for breakfast, and the hours, as hotels in the area don't do this...

I was surprised that their was no parking, once we got into the hotel it was stunning, the staff were friendly and helpful. We got upgraded to a deluxe room by Alex. The room was nice, we stayed in room 2003. I think the tv should be able to swivel to face the bed and then the sofa behind. I also think that apps like netflix etc. should be on the tv already we spend over 2 hours with help from Restie trying to get it to stream from my devices, which it never did...that was annoying. The location was nice, however besides the gym really nothing much to do in the hotel...wish it had a pool, sauna or even room service. The other thing the hotel was missing was access to water and ice. Once the main lobby closes at 10 you are unable to get it. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise, the selection of food was impeccable, the chef came out and talked to everyone. Thank was nice. I've never had a complimentary breakfast have smoked salmon and avocado toast, loved that! Over all this hotel is mostly to sleep, I probably will not return. Thank you

Value for money was expected. Unfortunately, although the personnel is nice and well intentioned, the service is not. Howcome you dont have a restaurant to give at least room service. You do have the installations, since the breakfast Is pretty good. Housekeeping is very poor service. We expected to have at least similar service than in other Hotels but we didnt. We arrived right after out experience in Montreal Hilton Garden Inn and we changed our reservation in Toronto to Riu expecting greatness, but lacked of it. Rooms are too small, lacked of water as a commodity, room was not cleaned properly, always had dust around, we asked to change blankets and three out of four got skin allergies, toilet paper had to be constantly requested. Finally, lobby bar has good service but little availability for food. No area to eat and taking always a to-go service for the room Is not what we wanted to have at your location. I regret changing my initial decision and moving to Riu Toronto.

We had a great stay here. The staff were all amazing, and we felt we had great customer service. We had a few things we needed help with and the front desk had someone sent up very quickly. The room and view was nice, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

We had an excellent stay! Felt like checking into a resort, so many staff to help with anything you need. Coffee shop/ lobby bar just like at the Roy resorts and buffet was great! Only thing missing was the beach

Familienzimmer mit Schlafsofa war sehr sehr klein, kurz an die Rezeption und ohne Schwierigkeiten bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer mit zwei Queen Betten. Bei Freunden von uns war das dass selbe. Frühstückt sehr ausreichend und lecker, das gesamte Personal ist mega freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Bei nächsten Aufenthalt in Toronto kommen wir mit Sicherheit wieder in Riu Hotel
