Very convoluted, you do not pay via Expedia. They call you the day of and tell you the location and send a PayPal link to pay. The address on Expedia is not the residential address.

Very nice balcony, easy to use temperature system for cooling and Heat. Cleaning was completed before arrival. It was clean and comfortable. However, Shower curtain was yellow with dirt, bedroom carpets were stained. No laundry machine as advertised. Sofa, kitchen, bathroom and floors were well maintained. The condo is nice. Very convenient for getting to local dining, shopping, entertainment and hospitals. Easy communication via text with staff members. Very prompt, helpful and informative.

Situated above the go train system. Great for train enthusiast.

The place was nice but booked for 6 and provided very little in terms of towels and face cloths, we ended up having to share, the “roll out” in the livingroom is also not suit able for anyone to sleep on.

This property was EXCEPTIONAL!! Great location, very clean! I hipe to stay here again when I return to toronto. Host communication was wonderful as well. The in unit laundry was a life saver. Anything and everything you could possibly imagine was in walking distance. My only downside was the checkout process. We almost got stuck in the building, as the elevator only works with the key fob, which we had to leave in the unit when we left. Otherwise is was perfection. Safe. Secure. Parking garage was awesome, and convenient. 10/10 would recommend this listing. Very appreciative of this gracious host and their condominium.

Was a nice property, thought I had booked a room with a balcony but we didn’t have one. Bedroom right was stained in places and infections for checking in were long and overwhelming. May or may not try a place fro stay here again

Great location and space for the family. Nice outside deck. Note that one of the bedrooms fits only a bed which was okay for us but just nice to know. My grandson loved it. Nice to have two full bathrooms. Response was always quick. Thank you!

Great views of city! Nice kitchen and living room area.Check in was pretty simple. Bed was comfortable and nice clean towels were provided. Bathroom is nice. Fantastic location, right by Metro Convention centre. The unit is a good space. The carpet in the bedroom does need replacing. Especially at the edges. Bathroom shower head needs to be replaced as it was loose. Can see some water damage in front area baseboards. Simple fixes that will make the unit a 10!

Location was great and having 2 beds and 2 baths was so helpful and more comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfortable. View was nice. There were no wash cloths or hand towels. Limited toiletries. No local TV only streaming capability.

Amazing location. We were 500 meters front the CN tower and Rogers center. We came in for a game and it was great to walk and not have to take any transportation. Great suite and great location.

Good location, clean. Not enough bathroom towels (only 2 bath towels and only 1 washcloth & hand towel), no floor mat. No kitchen towel and no dish soap. Getting the keys for the apartment was a bit confusing because the key was not located at the premises; I had to go to a key cafe located at a local corner store about a half mile away to retrieve it. Parking was included but clearer directions need to be updated with respect to opening garage doors and using the key fob.

We absolutely loved that it was Central downtown we were able to get to where we wanted to go and be successful at getting there so,that was obviously a plus. the only "downside" I will possibly say about this place is the elevators are a little scary and I think because some of the apartments aren't used as often than the tap stink a little but besides that everything was great
