「The place was bright and spacious, just like the ad said. We were four for the weekend and we didn't feel crowded. The beds were comfortable, so was the daybed. The place was clean and in a very beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Our host, Kia, was quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns.It would have been nice to have a bit more supplies such as toilet paper and towels, although, I'm sure if I would have asked, it would have been provided. 「The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. 」

"今回２回目の宿泊。 立地が良く、カレッジステーションも徒歩３分以内と移動にとても便利。 残念なところは隣人の咳が結構近くで聞こえ、調べてみると、隣の部屋と開けれない窓が繋がっているようで、部屋を隔てている壁に少し隙間があった。この隙間はとても狭くカーテンより窓側にある隙間なのでプライバシーは守られているものの少し気になった。 前回宿泊した部屋では感じなかったので、隣の人が静かだけだったのか、しっかり仕切られていたのかは不明。 自販機に紙幣を何度入れても返ってきてしまい。他の紙幣や向きを変えるも認識されず...カードのタッチ決済は使えます。 上記以外はとても素晴らしいのでまた利用したいと思います。"
