"The property is filthy and smells bad. Stained, soiled mattresses (so disgusting); no soap in the bathroom; dirt and filth everywhere; too hot with no air circulation. Located in a very rough area of town, felt stressful and unsafe returning at night, and even during the day. Nowhere to lock personal belongings, so any guests could easily take your things if they wanted. Was stressful staying there and knowing that.
