「Pretty good place to stay. With a fairly easy process. You just need to make sure you check your email and do the check-in process before the date. The room itself was fairly clean. But the walls had hand prints on it which」

「A nightmare check-in experience — do not recommend My check-in instructions said to go to the front desk when I arrived. When I got to the property, there was no front desk at all. I spoke with security, who confirmed I was at the correct address, but told me I should have been provided with a unit number and door code. I had received neither. I immediately contacted Hotels.com, but they were unable to reach anyone at the property. I waited for about an hour while trying to get the situation...

「Avoid at all costs. Property was filthy, couch was disgusting, duct tape holding the floorboards together, walls have never been washed, mirrors smashed, the most unclean BNB I’ve ever had. Communication with the host was terrible, we couldn’t figure out parking and they were not helpful. Find somewhere else to stay.」

「No es como se ve」

「The place looks exactly like the pictures—actually, even better in person! We loved the balcony and the beautiful city lights at night. The location was perfect for us, the check-in instructions were very easy to follow, and the host/support team replied right away whenever we had questions. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!」

「The apartment was beautiful in an amazing Location. Close to stores, restaurants and bars. Will definitely be back.」

「Fantastic location, fast communication. Great apartment to be in during my stay and the hosts were easy to get a hold of with any questions. Would definitely return!」

「Great views. A little too tight for 4 adults, second bedroom very small.」
