The hotel was great! I loved the indoor parking on site and you could access your vehicle anytime. The room was gorgeous and having access to the casino was great! Very happy with my stay. The nicest hotel I’ve ever been to
This was the first time I stayed in the historic section and was very impressed. The rooms had the feeling of having character yet modern furnishings. On top of this I received excellent service from every staff member I encountered.
loved the view! one of the nices hotels i’ve stayed at!
The pool was cold the hot tub has so much chlorine in it after 5 minutes your eyes are burning...was in the pool area for about 15 minutes in total - grandson was very disappointed
Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed, great bath linens and robes.
We liked the location. Great location for Scotiabank Arena, CN Tower and Rogers Center, Hockey Hall of Fame. The hotel was central to all these highlights.
Beautiful room with a great view, all staff were great to assist with any requests
