"I stayed at Country Inn & Suites Niagara Falls from March 1 to 3 with my family, and we had an amazing experience. We booked a room with two queen beds. Overall, the room was comfortable, quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. We did experience minor issues—the bathroom air vent was a bit loud, and when using the shower, about half of the water continued to flow through the bottom faucet. These were minor inconveniences and didn’t affect our stay. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which will likely resolve these small issues. The staff were amazing! The front desk lady, Archana (if I remember correctly), was so polite and friendly. We mentioned that we were celebrating my son’s birthday, and the next day she surprised him with a thoughtful gift bag containing drinks, chips, and candy. That kind gesture totally made his day. The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is less than a 10-minute walk to Clifton Hill and easy to access from Hwy 420. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with a variety of changing options, and the coffee was good. Free coffee and tea were also available near the reception, along with free cookies (which we didn’t get a chance to try this time, but we’ll definitely try them next visit! 😊). I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again."

"Currently the resort is under renovations. We were “upgraded” to a room that was not renovated and was suppose to be further away from noise but we still heard the drilling and they start very early in the morning! Two of the elevators were not working and had to wait a couple times to get on one as staff were taking up space with supplies on them. The breakfast was set up in the basement where it was very dark and gloomy. It was a very disappointing breakfast with dry toast under heat lamps and yoghurt in big bowls that you scoop from with no cover on them. Food was very limited and not tasteful, tables were not cleaned and garbage left on tables and floor. I would not stay here again until everything is completed as the price we paid was higher than the area hotels."
