We liked the hotel itself, and the staff was friendly. The only major issue we had was this flood light pointed directly at one of the windows in our room. We would have needed to tape the curtain to the wall on both sides to stop the light from coming in. It was so late when we got back to the hotel, there was no staff to help. Apparently to turn off that flood light that blazes like a thousand suns, every light in the parking lot would also turn off. So if you need pitch black, do not go into room 201.

Very friendly lobby staff, very good breakfast, beautiful finishes in room and bathroom, check in staff did their best but late night delay in getting checked in was uncomfortable and the administrator was cold, unbudging and nickel and diming on an extra fee for extending checkout by just one hour despite the slow check in Concerning
