"I stayed at this hotel for few years around 5 to 6 times. Overall it’s valuable hotel if not more than $100. However, this time I was arranged at a ground level. It’s fine cause no free lunch in the market. If care customer satisfaction, it should highlight the price with ground level room 2nd floor, even basement level 1 floor (if it’s open for guests.)Then, customer have a choice to pay more for 3rd plus level. I’m not make sure I will stay in again or not. Every time I was stayed with friends, we all complained the air conditioner unit is noisy. For me, I turned it off when sleep. Then, quiet :)"

"A real Hilton as always, clean room good service "

"Overall, the stay was okay, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The pool was quite crowded, mostly with kids, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy. The sauna was not operating during times that seemed different from what was advertised, which was a bit disappointing. There was also plenty of parking available, and given that the location is somewhat far from main attractions and activities, it would have been nice if parking were complimentary. That said, everything else was generally fine. With better management of amenities and clearer communication, the experience could be much better."
