"Breakfast uffet not availa le. Just a la carte which was basic and expensive."

"We stayed for 4 nights and had no maid service . We made our own bed and used the towels over and over again. The bed were comfortable. The pool was small but warm and so was the hot tub. We were in walking distance to a Clifton Hill which was great. We were close to Denny’s and The keg restaurants. Overall very satisfied with our stay . "

"Breakfast area is too small for the people that use it. No where to sit. and tables in the same room as the food. Room was clean and AC was good but bed was not comfortable. Overall still a good value for the price and location."

"Parking off site is too far and dangerous , crossing four lane highway is a challenge the valet fees are outrageous. $35 to park my car across the road from the hotel is insane. If I am willing to park my own car and cross a four lane road , should be compensated. Will not stay again. Quality Inn is closer to the Casino and provides free parking."

"Staff members were all pleasant and helpful for the entire duration of our stay. Housekeeping kept our room spotless and the front desk staff were always there to help. It’s nice having indoor access to Turtle Jacks. Parking is much cheaper than most hotels in the falls (we paid $20/night or offsite was $10/night - this was in April). Room was partially outdated, but bathroom has been upgraded to a nice walk in shower, beds were clean and comfortable. Microwave and mini fridge in the room. We will be back for the next competition, thank you Niagara Fallsview Hotel for giving us a great experience at a good rate! "
