"The front desk staff were exceptional. When they learned that my wife and I were traveling with my niece from Singapore, they thoughtfully arranged two connecting rooms for us, which made our stay much more comfortable. We also truly appreciated their honesty and efficiency when my wife accidentally left her cellphone in the lobby washroom. A staff member had safely retrieved it and turned it in to management. When I called the phone, a team member answered promptly and helped us recover it without any hassle. We’re very grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown by your team. It made a lasting impression, and we look forward to staying at your hotel again."

"Modern boutique feel rooms.the lights in the bathroom could be brighter"

"The hotel staff were nice. However it appears that this hotel is being used as a government housing. There are many security guards on site and unfortunately we were victim to these guards. On 3 occassions, my mother was approached and asked why she was sitting in the lobby. I was just parking my car and to receive that kind of harassment was totally unnecessary. Especially for a paying customer. I wouldn't go back to this location considering this was never disclosed to us. And I didn't appreciate the disrespect from the security team. My Mom was simply sitting on the couch. "
