loved the staff interactions, easy walk to the falls area with a great price. i will note that there does not seem to be much soundproofing within the rooms, and there is no security lock or additional deadbolt on the room door (as a solo female traveler i noticed :)). a good stay though!

We love staying at The Diplomat in Niagara Falls. It's centrally located, has free parking, has great staff, love the renovated rooms, and can usually get a great price. It seems like each time we stay there something new has been done. We look forward to future renovations. My only negative comment is that the drink machines only accept cash.
