So my wife and I show up Wednesday after 5pm, go to the Falls,get some dinner. I'm also parked at the Hilton onsite garage. Thursday in the room I hear this terrible noise coming from the AC unit. Call front desk, they send AC guy up, and I explain the noise. He says guess what, they are doing renovations above your room. Wednesday I put the do not disturb sign on the door too, just in case room service was to show up in the AM on Thursday, but removed it at 8AM, Thursday morning. Thursday afternoon we get back and the grinding starts again. Friday the same noise from renovations above, and to top that off we did not have room service to get towels. Now the desk tells me that they have a certain schedule, Oh really, so for the 5 nights I was there, room service came one day, That's because I complained to the Concieger, because the front desk was packed. How about moving us to a different room, if possible. If that's not possible compensate me in some way This ain't no Motel 8, no offense to Motel 8. Well they bent over backwards and gave me one free day of parking. Man, that really bankrupt them. What about a dinner at the restaurant? Ok construction is going on, but come on people, why didn't the staff tell us, and explain lack of room service?
