"After traveling for 6 hours we were told that the hotel was booked due to flooding in another part of Canada. We were moved to a different hotel. Hyatt Regency and our room was nice. The view was amazing!"

"We did a wine tour that left at 1 pm. Our room wasn't ready yet,but they kept our bags in locked room for us, which was nice. Elevators are fast, view was nice."
