"The hot was very small and there was no continental breakfast. The staff were not very kind we add an extra night to our stay and they where not very happy about it and made us feel like we were a burden to them ."

"No breakfast was offered at the hotel. It would’ve thought at least a continental breakfast would be offered for the price of the room. Excellent view from our window overlooking the falls. Doesn’t get much better than that. I guess the cleaning crew was under added as the room was only cleaned upon request. If this room didn’t have a view the rating would’ve been much worse."

"The room itself was quite clean but sadly 2 complaints. The bathroom sink plug when closed took 15 minutes to open and then 15 minutes for the sink to empty. Also there were 2 groups of teenagers that woke us up twice. Seemed there was no parental supervision. Had hoped some insights and closer monitoring by management would have been done. Disappointed by the pool being closed and the Emaiil at 3 a.m. from the booking agency. Why at 3 a.m. ?"

"We had a great one night stay at the property . Staff member was amazing. Room was ok we expected to have a better view of the falls and a balcony but we didn’t. Bed was comfortable, nice bathroom well renovated. We had dinner at the hotel steak house food was amazing but a bit overpriced. "

"Comfy beds but tired rooms that gave us lots of static shocks! The TV was old and wasn’t a clear a picture either but we got over that. The pool area is great if a little bland, but definitely a nice good size pool. Breakfast was ok - basic but did the job. Location was good too - nice and quiet (in March anyway) but an easy walk to eateries, the river and the Falls, arcades and amusements. "
