"The cleaning staff were amazing, but the check in staff were not up to the task. They had limited knowledge of the area, had to find my own parking due to height limit and no other parking to offer. They couldn’t direct me to a lot so I was on my own for that. The thermostat in the room wouldn’t allow me to not burn up in our room, so I had to open the balcony door and try to sleep through horn honking and sirens well into the night. I will not stay at this hotel again. And if I had it to do over, I would have stayed elsewhere. "

"Nice clean, if not simple Radisson property Location great, slightly grungy but simple walk under freeway and across big street to Rogers Center, aquarium and CN Tower. Would be nice in late spring to early fall, on water front, adjacent to a little beach, kayak rentals, water tours etc Price point bit steep without included breakfast and closed outdoor pool in cool early April. Is simple, fast, cafe style food on site at least, and Tims next door so dont need to use the slower, nicer sit down restaurant Ten minutes to Union Station and Scotia Bank arena 24/7 grocery across street Attached Shoeless Joes affordable happy hour ... suggest eat there prior to Jays for better bar food, burgers and fries than expensive on site food at Rogers"

"Room was nice and clean, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. One thing to note: if you do require parking, recognize that the garage fills early and it may be closed if you're out and about late at night. We had to park on the street in the early afternoon because the garage was full, but there were two spots available when we came back later in the evening. It's also very tight, so plan your vehicle size accordingly. "
