10/10 Excellent
"Very kind staff, pretty accommodating + area was very clean and professional-looking "
"This is a great hotel. Still looks brand new. Bar is open and light. Italian restaurant Bosk is beautiful- we didn’t try the Chinese (Mott) but that looked even nicer.
Staff are incredibly courteous and helpful.
Room was spacious and serviced well every day. Complimentary water was a nice addition.
5 star in every sense.

"The property is aged. Elevators are located not so well inside the building and are slow as snail. But for this, everything else is fantastic about the stay, service and hospitality. "
"Mr. Max from the reception was so kind to me, he actually got me an early check in and also the request to overlook CN tower with a high floor room! Thank you so much Max!"
"The property was really located centrally to what we wanted. The Dundas Square was just down the block and around the corner so catching the TTC or the Metro made it very easy to get to other neighborhoods of the city. The Eaton Center was also a block away so shopping and dining were super convenient if we didn’t have other plans. "
