Wow what an amazing hotel. We were there for an IVF process just down the road. Upon finding this out the hotel put a heating pad and a whole basket of comforting snacks and items in our room for support. The hotel is gorgeous and unique-even has a recording studio!

Our stay was great. I recently had an injury which left my mobility limited. They were so kind and helpful and really made sure we had everything we needed. had a wonderful stay at the W Hotel Toronto. From the moment I arrived, the experience was elevated by the exceptional staff. The manager and front desk team — especially Ruben — were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The Living Room restaurant was another highlight. The food was excellent, and the service truly stood out. George and Cathy went above and beyond to make the dining experience memorable with their warmth and attentiveness.
