「The room was large, well-appointedm and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were abundant. We'll be back. 」

「This is a quaint little motel. The most comfortable hotel bed I've had in 20 years. Desk staff were polite, quick and attentive. Requesting extra towels was a breeze. Very quiet neighbourhood, while still not being too far from whatever you need. The TV in our room (19) had terrible picture quality and should probably be replaced soon. Self-parking couldn't be easier. This will absolutely be my go-to hotel in Ottawa, no question.」

「Looks a little outdated and the road into the parking lot was a bit sketchy. But for the price we paid, the room was great and i would stay here again.」

「The AC/Heater was not working properly. In heat mode, it overshoot the temperature you set (was 72°F and I increased it to 73°F), it went as high as 80°F during the night. Then in cool mode, it overshoot the temperature and was as low as 66 °F when I woke up in the morning. Otherwise, it was an excellent low-budget 2-stars motel with few amenities.」

「We really loved our stay here for 3 days. It looks cleaner than before and have been renovated. One thing I didn’t like are the pillows but everything else is 5 stars. 」
