「Khalid was a lovely host, he was available to answer any questions we had right up until the end of our stay. He also made sure to keep in touch to make sure that we had a smooth check in & that everything was in place in case we needed anything. The place was beautiful, clean & nicely kept; exactly like the pictures. It was a peaceful & lovely stay, will book again. 」

「This is a lovely place, our room was on the west side of the building and had its own little area with outdoor seating and a mini fire pit. Room itself was nice as well, there was no AC but we had a fan and it was fine. Jim who is the property owner also lives on the property so it is a shared space with other occupants as well who used the other guest houses. He was easy to call and ask questions to. The front of the lake was also shared with the other guests so we were not able to use the deck...

「We were in town attending a wedding the weekend during which Taylor Swift was in Toronto, and so most places downtown were either booked or exorbitantly expensive. We were happy to find this place in Markham, just off the 407, which allowed for a speedy arrival and departure from the city. As relates to the property itself, it is faithful to the description: it is a granny suite/basement apartment with a shared entrance to the main residence directly upstairs. The space was immaculately clean...
