Quiet rural town.

The room was good. I really think that the hotel could upgrade the room coffee…..instant coffee is a poor choice. I mentioned to the front desk staff that cleaning the bathroom vent/fan cover is imperative. Standing in the bath/shower and looking at a dirty fan cover is very disheartening.

Had a minor issue in the first room, staff was very kind and accommodating and even upgraded us to a better room! Every staff member we spoke with was friendly and welcoming as well.

Room was spacious and clean, staff were extremely helpful, loved the amenities. Also loved that they provided a number to text if/when requesting additional items for our room. Highly recommend!

Very clean apartment in a convenient area. Some of the service items were not working (e.g. the cold water dispenser in the fridge) and the closet doors may need replacing soon, but overall a very comfortable stay. Good location hotel, close to big bank buildings at King and Bay Streets. Very clean room, friendly front desk staff, fairly quiet room for downtown GTA.
