"originally i was to stay 2 nights due to day surgery. when i checked in i told the staff at the front desk that my surgery was now changed and i had to stay overnight in the hospital on my second night. I ask if my second night was to be changed, but I needed parking until the 3rd day up to check out on the second night. I was told no, and that I had to pay full price. I also asked for a wake up call in the morning of the 23rd. That did not happen and when I asked, I was told that it must have happened, as it was written down. The staff on both days was not helpful at all. I will not stay here here again. Bill Holden "

"We had an issue with the night employee Scott, but was quickly resolved by their manager Lily. Otherwise, the property was great and up to our standards! Their morning checkout employee Ashley was also very kind and courteous."

"Beautiful home but staples not removed from the stairs after removing carpet was a big concern for us especially with children in our group. We had to wear slippers / shoes at all times. Bathrooms were lacking towel racks and place to put soap. Closets were not cleaned properly. Mattress is on the soft side. House was spacious enough for our group of 9 adults and 2 kids. "

"Check in was very easy and communication with Roy was quick. We had a small issue with garage door key and Roy was extremely quick in replacing it, overall very clean and comfortable would definitely stay again! "
