It took three calls and more than an hour to get a dental kit delivered to my room. When I asked for a bottle of water, the front desk wanted to charge me five dollars. Housekeeping leaves two complimentary bottles when they set up a room, and I stayed two nights, so I'd expected them to be restocked on the second day rather than sold back to me. Small things, but they set the tone.

Older hotel that needs renos, the room was musty. Elevators were also quite slow. Great location.
