「Property was in a very convenient location to downtown and was as advertised. The checkin process was not smooth and owners were not very responsive, only willing to send non-links through Expedia. The would not call or text. At checkout, we were charged for damages and broken glasses which were not used, and were not reasonable to tell us where things were found.」

「立地は良い、ダウンタウンやユニオン駅までそれぞれ徒歩10分程度。 一方、ホテル自体は設備が古く、3名で宿泊していたにもかかわらずタオルやミネラルウォーターの補充が２名分のみでした。 ただし、電子レンジ、洗濯機と乾燥機、ミニキッチンがあったので半自炊は可能、電子ケトル、鍋などはフロントに言えば借りられます。 また、外からの騒音、車のクラクション、サイレン・大声での話し声がそのまま聞こえた。さらに、ホテル向かいのビル解体作業が早朝4時ごろ始まり、全くゆっくり眠ることはできませんでした。」
