"Only 1 elevator goes to parking had to send others up and hope the one we need opens Rooms are falling apart wall paper peeling off the walls holes in the carpet had to get keys reprogrammed multiple times because it would come close to a phone or electronic device and would not work anymore staff hated their job we were bothering them to reprogram keys :("

"I like this hotel. It’s super affordable for downtown Toronto & walkable to all major venues. I like that the rooms are large & clean & there’s a separate bedroom so - person can be up while the other(s) can sleep. I like that the shower/toilet is separated so you can get ready while someone else is using other facilities. Also, the mirror doesn’t fog up. And the bathroom light is on a dimmer to allow you to adjust it as you wake. "

"I have done much travelling and the Breakfast Buffet was second to none. Fresh Hot and Cold selections of all sorts incuding a great assortment of breads, bagels and breakfast sweets. Fresh milk , great coffee and tea selections, fresh fruit an assortment of items to make your own breakfast sandwich if that’s want you wanted. Super clean cutlery and great quality. "
