「The staff stood out to me; considering the many hats they wear and the hours worked; they were excellent! I would argue better than most of the major hotels i have stayed at over the years. The room was spacious and clean. The construction on the road in front of hotel is a bit of an eye sore but it certainly didn’t have any impact on the service. The breakfast was just fine. The parking was convenient at back of hotel.」

「Amazing hospitality from beginning to end by Lynnee, Lou and staff. They have thoughtfully curated a charming and beautiful getaway in such a peaceful setting. Their warmth and generosity will always be remembered. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the property, the attention to detail and felt incredibly welcomed. The buffet breakfast was not only abundant but delicious and the perfect end to our getaway. We can’t wait to return in the fall. Thank you for such a lovely stay.」

「The service at check in in the afternoon was rude and abrupt, but we found the morning staff people to be much friendlier. The breakfast nook staff person was especially helpful and friendly. The room was dark (even with all of the lights turned on. The carpet was very dirty and the room had a strong musty odor. 」

「The Host was excellent, as were the accommodations ONCE INSIDE!! This is not a place for the elderly or handicapped. To enter the property, you have to walk over stones to reach two flights of outdoor wooden stairs. The Host did offer to move us to a ground-floor unit, but it was further away from the downtown area. 」

「The staff were amazing and really helpful. The room was clean but there was the odd stain here and there but nothing to write home about and difficult to remove. Parking was great and you could enter the hotel from numerous entries with your room key. The attached restaurant was great too, served a mean breakfast, although on the first night we were informed we got a discount for eating food there, I don't think we ever did despite mentioning a few times, luckily it was reasonably priced. 「The check in was easy, seamless, front desk staff was very friendly. Room was clean, basic, sheets were clean, room was cool and had to ask for extra blanket. No window as window AC installed. The only downfall was the lack of towels provided. Solid 2.5 star hotel. Would stay again for location and price.」
