「The little can in the pines was the perfect getaway to get back to nature and unwind. Contact with the host was exceptional. The thoughtful extras made all the difference. The welcome basket even had dog treats for our dog. There is no hydro but there are solar lights. The outdoor shower was so nice! We enjoyed our time in the hammocks and around the bonfire. Great nature refresh! We will be back.」

「The person at the desk was kind and polite. Answered our questions. Our bathroom was a little small, but the shower/tub was good. Bed was comfortable, but when we turned on the tv it was hard to find the regular channels. But other than that we would come back and let our friends know about Best Western. 」

「We use the beach cottage to access the provincial park as well as the long point birding observatory. The park is about a five minute walk straight down Erie street while the LPBO banding station is located just around the corner along big cut Road.Beach access is also about five minutes down Erie street and down a short cul-de-sac.The cottage was very well cared for and rustic, which is our preference. 「This property is clean and quiet but not beachside. You can walk to beach in 15 to 20 minutes on a sidewalk, or drive 5 minutes. Home is located in nice neighborhood with a great dog park right across the road. Port Dover is a lovely and friendly town. Host is accessible for questions. 」
