「I really like this hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable abd sound proof. The linens are nice and a full kitchen away from the beds. Tons of storage and closet space even in the basic room. Lighting could be better as a tiny complaint. One improvement is allowing trays for the breakfast up to the rooms. Breakfast ends early nice to get it and bring to sleeping family. 「The little can in the pines was the perfect getaway to get back to nature and unwind. Contact with the host was exceptional. The thoughtful extras made all the difference. The welcome basket even had dog treats for our dog. There is no hydro but there are solar lights. The outdoor shower was so nice! We enjoyed our time in the hammocks and around the bonfire. Great nature refresh! We will be back.」

「The stay mm was lovely. The place was very clean and close to beautiful amenities. The bathroom was located in a different building, which was not ideal. More privacy on this busy property would have been welcome.」

「So maintenance on the property could be done better. Sliding closet doors weren’t working properly and was easier to leave open than to try and close. The bathroom door opening and closing was designed wrong so that you had to step between the toilet and tub to open and close the door while in there. No place to put anything in the bathroom while showering, just a bad design. The staff are very good to talk to and help however they can. 「The service at check in in the afternoon was rude and abrupt, but we found the morning staff people to be much friendlier. The breakfast nook staff person was especially helpful and friendly. The room was dark (even with all of the lights turned on. The carpet was very dirty and the room had a strong musty odor. 」
