"This is a basic hotel- nothing fancy. It is clean, had everything listed ( hair dryer, soaps, lotions, shampoo, conditioner......) Breakfast of cereal, muffins, bagels with butter, jams, cream cheese and peanut butter available. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I have stayed here numerous times. "

"Was clean, free covered parking, and having use of the games room was lots of fun. Only complaint was it was pretty hot overnight and the wall unit didn’t seem to help cool it down. Also, having use of the kitchenette was great, but don’t forget you need to bring everything for it. Dish soap was the one that slipped my mind! Overall very positive and much more affordable than most hotels. Some food options right on sight is another bonus "

"Nice appartement with all you need , we did have trouble understanding concierge and parking spot paid for was not ideal for a large SUV we wr on the 35th floor nice view but for someone who is not to tech savy it is a lot of things to fill in prior and after your stay online ... "

"Overall, it was a good stay. It was a nice little apartment, really appreciated that there was laundry and dishwasher in a very compact space. Everything was quite new and nicely appointed, but it was a bit sparse - only a few cups and glasses, 3 forks, that kind of thing. And there were only two dishwasher detergent tablets for a stay of 7 days, and no liquid dish soap or drying towel. So that made it harder to keep up with dishes and tidying up - my message to the host is to please either...

"We were in room 200, which is at the back of the building. The ventilation was terrible - we had smells (food, cigarettes) coming in through the vents, and couldn't open the window when we cooked so all our clothes ended up stinking. The location and facilities were good though - good gym and laundry room was free. Staff were friendly and helpful, except for we asked for some maintenance because our door squeaked and no one ever came. On the sustainability side, the shampoo, conditioner and...

"The staff were very friendly and helpful and the little lobby was very relaxing. Complimentary morning coffee by the fire was lovely. Also the gym was great. Overall a super nice stay and I'd definitely return."

"We were able to check in early, which was fantastic, however there was very loud drilling while we were trying to relax in our room. I emailed the concierge asking how long the drilling would continue, but received no reply. We ended up going out 2 hours earlier than planned because the drilling was so disruptive. "
