"The person checking me in, wasn’t that’s friendly. I was asking questions about amenities and other resort activities he was short, indicating they don’t offer them anymore. Other staff around the property were extremely helpful, walked us to Plunge."

"Everything’s amazing until we booked a spa my friend and I two for Tuesday. The staff was so rude. I never wanna really go back there again. Everything else was amazing but the spa. They got angry with us when we weren’t sure where to go or what we were doing she came into pretty much the greatest, and then they put us into these tubs. My girlfriend had a broken shoulder, left us. There never came back. We had to figure it out for ourselves for the rest of it, and when I went to talk to them, they turned this little do not speak to us, cause I’m on the phone sign around I unbelievable you can talk to somebody else. There was no one else around. They just kind of left us high and dry. I almost didn’t wanna go back. I go back to everything else, but not the spa. !! rude and ignorant! But just a spy everything else was amazing"

"The room was alright but we stayed at the base of mountain and the underground parking lot was out of service so we had to walk the parking all the way down through the mountain with our luggage. There was no hotel staff on site so don't lose your card, nothing was really open. I get it was off season but it was disappointing stay."

"My wife and I recently stayed at the Nights Inn in Owen Sound and overall had a positive experience. The staff were especially friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made check-in and the entire visit feel welcoming and comfortable. The room was also very clean, and it was clear that housekeeping takes pride in maintaining the property. The motel does not offer a lot of amenities, but that is completely understandable given the reasonable pricing. For an affordable motel, it provides the basics you need for a comfortable stay. My only real concern was with some maintenance issues in the room. In particular, parts of the carpet were curled up, which creates a noticeable trip hazard, especially for guests with mobility issues. Otherwise the stay was pleasant and good value for the price."
