Having my own porch and fire pit were a plus also. And I must mention the adorable goats and pigs that were right across the lawn. 「Nice spot would be great for kids. Sand beach, concrete fishing dock, campfire, rec hall for rainy days, horseshoe pits, fenced pool, lots a room. Oh yeah, i saw a small boat ramp on the property too (good for a boat up to 16 ft maybe) . Might be a good spot to park a small trolling boat for a few days. Good rainbow and lake trout fishing right out in the bay. I caught a 6 lb rainbow across the bay at colpoys bay just casting off the pier. Also good fishing off the public pier in town.」
