「This trip is the third time I've stayed at this hotel. Each time has been same. Consistent. The only thing I found which could improve is the complimentary breakfast. The coffee cups should be swapped out for mugs and the bakery goods could be fresher.
I have one suggestion re the mattresses. They should be flipped or at least rotated once or twice a year. Everyone uses the beds as sofas, so the edges are well worn and making the beds less comfortable for sleeping. This situation is...
