「Property is new. Hvac unit is loud and inconsistent. Rooms are functional, but a little small. Water pressure decent. Checking out was challenging as the customer service person was gone for 10 minutes at 8am. 」

The location is very central, though Gravenhurst isn’t big, this hotel is in a convenient spot with plenty of quick dining options nearby like A&W, Subway, Domino’s Pizza and Popeyes. There’s also a Sobeys and Dollarama right next door, very convenient indeed. Parking is free, plenty of spots and is shared with the shopping plaza around. 「Great hotel, very clean and spacious hotel. Lindsay at the front desk was great with us for check-in, and helped me sign up to be a Marriott member. Pool was quiet and nice, breakfast was good for variety of options. The room was so spacious and comfortable, will be coming back again !」
