I was fortunate to be booked into one of the newly renovated suites. Large rooms with living room, dining room, full kitchen, large bathroom and a king size bed and a separate bedroom. Full utensils, pots, pans, dishes were available in the kitchen. The suite also provided me with a starter kit of coffee, milk and sugar. Understanding that this is a newly renovated room, I did mention to front desk that there were a few small details that needed to be corrected for me to change it from a four-star to five-star rating. There was grout on the countertop that hadn't been removed silicon from the shower that was still on the glass. There were respects of paint on the tiles in the bathroom. All minor but for a newly renovated room they overlooked the fine details. The Rita Mall and the shot center are in close proximity to the hotel along with many attractions All within walking distance.. there is a men's shelter close by and many of the And many of them hang around the streets and sidewalks around the hotel. At no time did I feel threatened but women may want to take precaution and walk in pairs during the evening. As for the cleanliness of the hotel, due to the fact that they're going through renovations, there was plaster dust in many areas..

Very nice, the room was clean. Love the bed so comfortable. Front desk attendant was helpful. only problem during our stay was the parking coz we have huge vehicle and you can only park on the lower ground…but overall we definitely enjoyed our stay there.
