「This spot truly is a gem - perfect for a single person or couple. Located near Westney and Kingston Road, it's close to restaurants, shopping, everything you could want, but tucked away on a quiet side street, so no noise or traffic. The bathroom is large (shower only) with a private washer and dryer. Kitchen and bedroom have lots of storage and there are tvs in the livingroom and the bedroom! 「We stayed at this basement apartment for one night and decided not to stay for the second night because of several issues that made our stay uncomfortable. The biggest problem was the lack of adequate heating. The basement was very cold, and there was no thermostat to control the temperature. 「The property is a very quick drive to Frenchman’s Bay and a lovely walk to stores such as the grocery store and Michael’s. The host was helpful when we had questions and an issue with the TV. It was a quiet environment although we did hear the dog barking at times for awhile. The Vrbo was clean and well cared for. Overall I would recommend this Vrbo.」

「Beautiful layout of space and convenient area. Very friendly, clean and quiet. The kitchen is stocked with essentials and the bathroom/shower had clean towels, face cloths and shampoo/conditioner/soap.The bathroom situation is definitely best for couples, single individuals or families with very small children as it is quite literally the closet in the bedroom. Well worth the price and will stay on my radar for future visits! Thank you for the hospitality.」
