「The first room we were given had a smell an the jacuzzi tub had black mold under the handles and in the plug an jets The window in the room was dirty. The second room they gave us to make up for the first room was nice and for the most part that we could tell was clean. They did not reimburse us for the room but gave us two 10 doller Tim Hortons cards and an apology. 「The room was basic but clean. The pool was cloudy…like milk so we didn’t swim which was disappointing. It looked like it had just been shocked. The front desk didn’t have a corkscrew and staff blamed it on a previous guest saying they didn’t return it. That’s not hospitality! The in room coffee was undrinkable (Mother Parker’s)). 「We had a fabulous 2 night stay at this property at Friday Harbour Resort. The hosts were absolutely fantastic - easy to communicate with, very helpful and knowledgeable, and added some extra touches that made our stay even more enjoyable.
