Loved being right on the ocean front. The property was extremely well maintained. Everyone was very friendly

What I liked the most about was the cleanness and hospitality of the staff working on the floor. What I didn’t like about it was the long check in process which took a while. We expected a faster check in with the baby but it simply didn’t happen and we had to wait until a room was available. There were no free umbrellas at the beach front. The chairs with the canopy were $175 each to rent for a day to stay out of the sun when not in the water.

Beautiful and clean! Staff is so friendly, food and drinks are expensive so be prepared for that but overall the best resort on the Island!

Views and amenities were great. Food was disgusting across the board. So disappointing and seems everyone on the island knows that’s the case. Nasty frozen calamari at the bar lounge by the pool, way overdone rubbery steak at the “signature” restaurant on the resort and an average at best breakfast buffet. The only resort restaurant my wife and I didn’t try was the expensive Italian, which a person on a day tour we went in with just said was “not good”… pizza should be the easy thing to get right! Hilton staff - hire new chefs and kitchen staff ASAP!!!! P.s. the light rail is never on time and moves at a snail pace. Faster to just walk from one end of the resort to the other.

Had a beautiful time. The ocean front rooms were incredible views. The location was a perfect walking distance to so many places. The lagoon was a perfect safe ocean space for not the beat swimmers. The only complaints are the shower water was either hot or cold very hard to use. The bed was uncomfortable and The door to the patio was very hard to open. And luau was over priced for what it was. I appreciated that they cleaned our room every day and any call we had they would being up what we asked for.
