The property was beautiful. Right next to the water. Very peaceful.
The rooms and hallways were dated and needed remodeling. Bed was very comfortable.
Staff is great. Bar and lounge area comfortable and view beautiful!

The Fairmont is likely as good of a “Resort” property as one could find. I am not a fan of Resorts, But when in Hawaii it is difficult to not stay in one. Fairmont is well presented, certainly not a value proposition, but nicely done. Good food, Bars, Pool, etc. shower in the bathtub was far better than the separate shower. Facility does need some paint and refreshing. Grounds and Location are beautiful. I like Fairmont Hotels and they are a brand I seek out, when traveling.

This is an exceptional property, large, expansive and beautifully integrated into the landscape.
The staff is exceptional and will impress you from the moment of your arrival.
The rooms are nicely decorated in an authentic, local character.
We only dined at one restaurant, ULU, and it was excellent.
This experience was first class all the way.
