「The host is very friendly and communicative, and check in was easy. This is an older building, less glossy than a resort, but the units are large, the location is great, and price is right, including no parking fees which is awesome for Hawaii! The view from the lanais is of town, not the lagoon, but the unit is directly over the koi pond and it was fun watching them. The beds were very comfortable, wifi and AC worked well. We enjoyed our stay. 」

「Enjoyed our stay in Waikaloa Village. We usually stay closer to the beach, but the Village is really a short drive. Nice neighborhood for walking/ shopping/ eating before heading to the beach. Quiet pool and hot tub area. No worries that the living room area doesn't have AC. Temps were pleasant and the AC in the bedrooms was a plus. We would definitely book this property again :) 」

「The location is excellent, with plenty of parking available, making it very convenient. While the building itself is a bit older, and some signs of wear are visible, particularly in the bathroom, the unit is well-equipped. It comes with a full kitchen, as well as a high-quality washer and dryer, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, I had a very good experience and would recommended this place to others.」

「This condo was so relaxing and peaceful!! The view was incredible from the golf course, seeing the shoreline wake up and glitter in the sun, while sitting on the shaded balcony as the golfers rolled out each morning. We played lots of pickleball (located conveniently across the road from the condo-30 second walk) along with the private pool. We also enjoyed using the driving range and eating at Johnny’s restaurant that is part of the golf club shop, and had amazing food and live music. Also...

"初めてのハワイ島で何もわかりませんでしたが、お値段が1番安かったのでこちらのホテルを予約しました。 空港からはUberタクシーで20ドル程、普通のタクシーなどよりかなりお得でした。 口コミで、古いや、虫が出たなど書いてありやや不安を感じていましたが2泊3日なのでなんとかなるだろうと思いつつ案内されたお部屋に行きました。 お部屋に入ってびっくり、かなり広く、それほど古さを感じない。簡易的なキッチン（コンロは無し）もあり、便利でした。 アメニティーはボディソープとリンスーインシャンプー、ハンドソープぐらい。 歯ブラシ等必要なものは持っていく必要があります。 スリッパもないので日本から行かれる方は使い捨てのスリッパがあると良いです。 ウォーターサーバーがあるのでお水も無料で確保でき助かりました。冷蔵庫にペットボトルのお水も入っていたのでそれもいただけました。 バルコニーにテーブルと椅子があり、そこでゆっくりするだけでかなりリフレッシュになりました。ただ隣の部屋のバルコニーにまたいで行けるほどの塀仕切られているので出かける際は戸締りはしっかりしたほうが良いです。 日本人はほとんどいませんでした。お客さんの数も少なめで静かでゆっくりできました。ホテルからすぐ海が近いので夜は海を眺めながらお食事もできます。 近くにABCストアやかわいい雑貨屋さん、アサイーのお店、ご飯屋さんがたくさんあります。 周辺をお散歩するだけでもとても楽しかったです。 総じてこのホテルにしてよかったなと思いました。12月は寒いので海には入れませんがラグーンもあるようで、暑い時期は魅力的だなと思いました。 他のホテルのことは分かりませんがお値段が低い割に私はとても満足でした。家族も大満足でした。"
