Great hotel and staff were great but the fact you had to pay for literally everything in the room was not well communicated and so charging for teabags and coffee was a bit of a shock.

Super helpful staff, large clean room, a bit of nighttime noise but not more than any other hotel in NYC

Loved the staff. Beautiful “swan” room. I had a small room .., the Nook. - loved it….. I ate all the snacks in the mini bar. Hahaha Really good . Just a practical , well thought out space …. Central to cool stuff. Bed was amazing . Food …. Soo good .

Super spa - got a great facial, and the steam room was high quality (fast to warm up, good steam). Very friendly and helpful staff including concierge and doormen

The property is well-maintained and clean . The stuff is friendly. It is close to grand central and restaurants. So it is relatively convenient to get to places and enjoy foods. It’s somewhat noisy at night. There are two elevators in the building. Sometimes one has to wait for a while to use the elevators. In general I am happy with my stay :)

Elevators are very slow and doors are very loud.

The hotel was decent, a little rough around the edges for a new hotel, just little scratches and scrapes. Rooms were clean and service was good! Has a gym and is very conveniently located near to the MTA.

Cool hotel, nicely curated, location in a nice neighbourhood with good restaurants. Our room was very small , though had a fantastic view, we had to live out of our cases as little space to put clothes, one drawer under the bed, another one with the safe in. Staff were nice and helpful with few issues we had. The 2 restaurants are good, esp the roof top one. The only other thing worth mentioning is the seating area around the bar and cafe was always full of people on laptops so we couldn’t always find a seat when using the cafe.

Neutral travel distance from jfk and other boroughs in nyc. Shopping area in queens
