Venice Lido All inclusive Vacations

Great staff, helped book me last minute airport water taxi! Gave great recommendations for the area as well. Clean and beautiful hotel!

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. We had one issue when we discovered that the sofa bed sheets were not clean. We reported it to the staff, and they replaced the sheets promptly. We also had to request a blanket, bedsheets, and pillows for the all beds. Compared with other hotels, I believe these are basic items that should already be provided. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay. The staff were amazing, the hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of choices.

what a wonderful hotel. Right on a small canal close to the water bus. It is a bit away from the really busy areas and had very good restaurants close by. They have a lovely bar where you can actually get a great martini or drink of your choice by American standards. The staff was great. I can't recommend this hotel enough. We loved it for our 3 day stay. Even the air conditioning was reasonable and some tv stations in english.

Okay, I’ve been to a lot of foreign hotels, some high end, others, not so much. What I liked was the character of the hotel. It wasn’t in an area that was where everyone off the street would go to, but to me was a hidden jewel of a place. It was clean and very well kept. It wasn’t overly modern, but had a charm that said to me, come try me out. The staff at the desk was very helpful and knew what I might need to know ahead of time. I was even given specific direction of some of the local eateries with the help of a map, marked where I could easily find them. I’d rate the breakfast as a clean, well kept area with trained courteous wait staff, though it was a buffet style breakfast. All in all, I could easily find myself looking to book myself easily to enjoy a peaceful restful stay. Caution though, if your looking for a noisy hotel, this is not the place to.

The room was clean. However, we paid for Canada and the room was ground floor level and smelt really moldy inside. The Expedia platinum VIP add on, came down to two small glasses of Prosecco or alternatively, too small glasses of sparkling water… …. Overall, this hotel does not provide very good value for the money compare compared to other Palazo in Venice, where we have stayed in the past.

Everything was top notch. Rare to find a larger full service hotel in the area. The breakfast was great, and the room really exceeded our expectations

Wow Wow Wow! The hotel had 10.0 online ratings which I was skeptical of, but it was Absolutely a 10!!!!! Gorgeous, incredible staff, great location, exceptional breakfast and the nicest (& coolest during heatwave) rooms of all the 5* properties we stayed at in the last couple weeks throughout France & Italy. Sara at breakfast and Ivan at bars made us feel like family after a day! Highly recommend!!

This hotel is phenomenal. Super clean. Very roomy. The most amazing staff. Super nice, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Well worth every penny. The location is also great. It’s quite but close enough to everything. Loved our stay.
