My fiancé and I enjoyed a 3 night stay and it was amazing, this was just the relax and renew place we needed! Hotel is gorgeous and gives luxury spa, the staff is attentive and helpful Diana at the front desk was soooo welcoming and wonderful even helped with location to popular hot spots. Valet does take a while so I would request your car about 10-15 minutes before you need to leave.

My experience here wasn’t the greatest. The hotel was clean and well maintained. I give the staff mixed reviews. Some were really nice, helpful and personable while most were not at all. I decided to stay at this resort because a friend’s parents had a great experience here. I later found out that they did not stay at this resort but only came for the live entertainment on the weekend. My group and I were constantly stopped and harassed about whether or not we had wristbands on. We did, but I did not see any other people stopped or even asked about their wristbands. Keep in mind the only thing the wristbands were for was to get towels. Although the paid wristbands would open your hotel door. Most bartenders were nice and helpful but I did run into 2 who had very nasty disposition. One female bartender even told me that she just had got on the clock so we needed to wait because she wasn’t fully aware of what was going on. I was only trying to get her attention to let her know that someone else needed her help. Spoke to a manager about being harassed and received and apology and was told she would adjust the very expensive resort fees only to get an extra charge on my card that I did not sign for. I’ve been calling and can’t get any help. I’ve been on hold for an hour and the manager still hasn’t picked up. Accounting said they can’t help and that’s who I was advised to speak with. DO NOT STAY AT THIS RESORT, unless you are ok with hidden fees.
