"The bar service was disappointing due to limited stock. After selecting a beer from the menu, we were told only one bottle was available in the entire building. We then tried to order sparkling wine, only to be told that was out of stock as well. It was frustrating to see a full menu but have so few of the items actually available for purchase."
"This is a very nice hotel in a good location.rooms are a good size and spacious. Our only issue was the AC. We always book rooms with AC but here the hotel controlled when it was available. Once it was on you could adjust the temp in your room. The hotel did provide us with some fans which really helped but it was still disappointing. The AC did finally seem to stay on by the 3rd night after my wife complained again.
The staff were very nice, i think the issue was due to how the building management team programed the availability of AC. Even though it was mid April, some hotels have “winter mode” which regulates the necessity of using AC."
