The staff from the moment we walked in were so friendly and ensuredcthey coukd help.us arrange a driver on the morning of our departure. The two bellmen were amazing!

We had a very short stay. Checked in at 4pm and out at 6am. The staff was helpful and fixed a clog in the kitchen sink promptly. The bed was a little hard for my liking and there was an odd smell in the living room area I couldn't quite put my finger on.However, they did upgrade when we arrived which ...

I like the area as it’s convenient to 7 bound for Manhattan and not crazy as downtown. Also it’s close to La Guardian airport
