The room had obviously not been cleaned when we arrived. There were dirty socks on the floor, hair in the shower, scuff marks on the bedding, etc. When we emailed customer service we got a response that was clearly written by AI. It said cleaning stuff would be coming to check it in the morning. ...

The room was clean, a little cold during the day and no thermostat in the room. But other thank that I waws pleased with the room.

Great location… had to go to NYU Langone in Manhattan … had issues with elevators (1 was not available) … had 1 comforter - should have had another one … no toaster or oven … no steak knives …
