"It's easy to find even if you are completely new to the area. I recommend taking the ferry from Manhattan to Astoria and then Q19 bus from the ferry terminal. Going to LaGuardia Airport was super easy -- took me less than 20 minutes from the front desk to the terminal.

"I stayed there with my family arriving from Paris and catching flight to Tokyo the following day. After claiming our baggage, we went to the AirTrain Federal Circle station, where all the hotel shuttles arrive. No Hyatt shuttle came. We called the hotel to find out that they don't provide airport shuttle service and the best way to get there is to use ride share. We were surprised to hear that as it is an airport hotel (as the name suggests) and Expedia booking site says free shuttle. It is very misleading. We ended up paying $80 for round trip between hotel and JFK.
Hotel and our room were comfortable and clean. We especially liked the gym. But our experience would have been better if we had known there is no airport shuttle service. "
