「I stayed in New York with my family for Christmas, and overall it was very good. The beds were comfortable, but the floor and carpet weren't cleaned daily. During our 7-day stay, the carpet and floor were only cleaned once. Perhaps due to the holidays, toilet paper and tissues weren't replenished promptly; we had to call reception to have them delivered.」

「Very close to Billy Jean Tennis Center. A nice place to stay if you plan on watching US OPEN. Neighborhood is packed with Chinese restaurants and the majority here is definitely Chinese. There are several supermarkets in the vicinity. The hotel provides breakfast. Simple but just good enough. I liked the steamed pork bun. The room is OK, but the shower curtain stinks and you can smell the odor in the bedroom if you keep the bathroom door open.」

「ラガーディア空港からはシャトルバスがあります。地下鉄も7号線でグランドセントラルまで30分程度で、周辺は第2のチャイナタウン、フラッシングなので買い物も食事もまったく不便ありません。ホテルのスタッフもとても親切です。設備はハイアット「プレイス」なので、ハイアットほどではありませんが、問題を感じたらすぐにフロントに伝えると対処してくれます。」

「ともかく駅に近いのが良いポイントです。カップルでの利用は難しいですが一人旅や出張なら何の問題も無いレベルでした。朝食もまあ普通で日本で言えばドーミーイン位でした。駅は台湾、広東、中東系が入り乱れ、お世辞にもオシャレな場所ではありません。新大久保をイメージします。 」
