"It was not a good stay from the off. A room with no power that could not be fixed Moved to another room with broken shelves in the wardrobe A very tired room with windows you could not see through I believe the staff did their best, however for a historically placed hotel of Windsor Castle, the Harte & Garter let itself down very badly. Sorry will not be returning Our friends had also booked rooms which also had problems and to cap it all the lift was out off action which was one reason our friend booked the hotel "
