「The hotel location was very good, haram 5-8 minute walk. The housekeeping staff was very good. Cleaned our room every day, gave us fresh towels as well as water. Bellboys were good. When we called them to take up/down luggage, came straight away. We did not use other services such as breakfast, laundry so can't comment. A laungry shop was 2 minutes away as well as money exchange. 」

Close walk to Umrah door of haram and plenty of shopping and restaurants in between. Clean and comfortable and roomy rooms. Have water and tea and coffee in rooms and plenty of towels. Breakfast was also plentiful. Tons of options, including an omelet station.」

「Considering the price I paid was relatively cheap, the room was fantastic. Had a lovely spacious bed and a clean bathroom and the room itself was very spacious for 1 person. Also the service was great with English speaking staff and they also helped me when my key card was not working. Overall great stay」
