「Everything about this hotel is perfect from price to location. Staff is very welcoming and quick check in and out. Close walk to Umrah door of haram and plenty of shopping and restaurants in between. Clean and comfortable and roomy rooms. Have water and tea and coffee in rooms and plenty of towels. Breakfast was also plentiful. Tons of options, including an omelet station.」

「It is a great property and lived up to its reputation. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and kitted out with very modern facilities. The breakfast was fantastic. I got a Haraam view room and it was so worth it. Was a very special stay. The staff were all very helpful and polite. The one thing I would say is that the room service line took forever to answer and pick up. I appreciate it is a busy hotel and apparently there is a way to order online as well. However, that option is not at...
