「Excellent hotel in all aspects…service was the best I’ve had since years from reception to restaurants to doorman…definitely a repeat… Special mention to Khaled at the breakfast restaurant and Ahmed at the door. Thank you!」

「Location」

「Not sure if this place qualifies as a 5 star property but I had a pleasant stay. The rooms are definitely dated and could use updating but they were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a buffet with a lot of choices. Walk to the Haram took only 5 minutes. Getting to the property by car can be difficult as our Uber drivers could not find it and then when we finally found it he could not stop in front of it so we ended up having to walk through the crowds of people with our bags to the lobby....

「Elaf is very close to Haram just 3-4 mins walk to baab Abdul Azeez (door no 1 Abdul azeez door) The hotel is a nice and clean hotel and was amazing for the price and location Food as usual good , and courtesies staff」

「The hotel was great location, Expedia says it is 8 minutes walk to Haram, but it is only 3 minutes to the Haram gate as there is a shortcut through the back entry. We had many questions regarding Umrah and Haramain train issues and the concierge desk was always there to help me and my family, specifically Rayan and Sulaiman were top notch! 」

「The rooms are already spacious but front desk upgraded my room to a suite which was not needed but fantastic. Staff and house kippers were polite and courteous. Excess to the exit was good. 」
