「Very appreciative that we were able to check out late. But having stayed at jabal Omar for so many years, this time round it felt like the property is not maintained to its full standard. The bathroom was quite dated and tiles cracked etc.」

「Reception denied my reservation although it was confirmed and paid. Spent a terrible time in there. The food in the restaurant is from the cans and the boxe . Very low quality .」
