「Really enjoyed my time at the hotel. The shuttle bus to the Kaabah was convenient. The restaurant had nice good and the hotel was close to the haram.」

「Service was great and was able to check in earlier. The front desk personnel didn’t charge us early check in fee. They also delivered more drinks and tea bags when we called. The only suggestion is we have to call several times till someone answers. The front desk always empty and now one there, you have to wait for someone to come.otherwise it’s decent hotel nearby haram. Only 5 minutes by free shuttle offered by the hotel or 10-20 real by taxi」

「Hotel was very comfortable and location as well, I have stayed along with my family a wonderful moments visiting the Holy place. However, I have experienced a very annoying situation with the receptionist which till the moment I haven't heard from either Hotel.com customer service or the property regarding my issue. I've been embarrassed infront other guests on breakfast to pay in advance while my booking was made to be entitled for breakfast and that's what mentioned on website. The staff...
